You may notice a short delay when trying to access files on a network drive. This delay is expected behavior due to our server antivirus software scanning files in real time to provide up-to-date protection. The delay should only be about 5-10 seconds, but if you notice excess delays, please contact the Help Desk to troubleshoot the issue further.
When logging into the intranet, please make sure to enter your username only (without @stancoe.org), then enter your password. Next, click the "I'm not a robot" check box, and wait for the green check mark before proceeding to click Log In.
If you do not click the box or wait for the green checkmark, you will get the following error message.
Re-enter your credentials and make sure to check the box. If you are still having issues logging in, please call the Help Desk at 238-4357.
